Each series of products in the resistance welding machine is powered by electricity, including 380V and 220V. The AC machine uses two 380V live wires, while the intermediate frequency machine uses three 380V live wires. 220V is generally used for AC machines below 25KW. So how can we prevent operators from getting electrocuted? Below, the editor from Chuangde Company will give you some valuable points to pay attention to.
1. When using resistance welding for wiring, first connect the live wire, and then there is a ground screw on the machine to connect the ground wire. If there is leakage during use, the leakage protector will trip. It is strictly prohibited to use ungrounded wires to prevent accidents and must be connected. The wiring terminals for connecting wires must be covered with insulating tubes or both can be covered with insulating tape. After work every day, the main power must be cut off to ensure that there is no power at the machine's incoming end. Turning off the controller's incoming line will still result in power. When moving the spot welding machine, in order to prevent employees from getting electric shock, the leakage protector should be cut off and the wires should not be dragged.
2. When inspecting the spot welding machine, it is necessary to ensure that the power is cut off before opening the machine's back cover for maintenance.
